I had an account at U.S. Bank&moved it when I started getting overdraft notices. I was working at a very well known company in Denver and they had direct deposit with U.S. Bank for their employees simply because they also had their accounts at U.S. Bank. The employer would make the direct deposit at 12:01 A.M. But the rarely was the deposits made to the employees accounts on time. At least six of us had all kinds of problems—as a result, we quit U.S. Bank and moved our accounts elsewhere—without a problem since then. I then became disabled, (as a result of illness), and tried to move my money to a new bank—the problems with U.S. Bank came up on the Chexsystems account. I was given an ATM card, but as a result of U.S. Banks actions, my new bank won't give me a ATM/checkcard. This, even after I contested the action with Chexsystem. (f.Y.I., Chexsystems has now removed the U.S. Bank complaint from their file—but my new bank still won't give me a checkcard).

Any help out there?
