For the second time this year they claim they have sent us a monthly statement, which we never receved and obviously could not pay. I have a check waiting for the statement to arrive in the mail only to receive one the following month with late charges and finance charges added. We called about this the last time and they removed the charge. When we called this time they gave us the run around. Telling me that they can only discharge one late fee in a 12 month period and that there is no supervisor on duty that I can talk with. Beyond that I must put my complaint in writing and they hang up on you.
