Your account is exactly what happened to me. Although I tried to cancel this transaction the next day was put on hold for over 1 hour three times then told they were closed. After being charged for three months plus the $159.90 (I was told 149.00) I contacted card services and the phone number that my checking account recorded. I spoke to Lou Bower who told me to forward a copy of my bank transctions to Special Claims. I have heard nothing from this fax. I also sent a letter to First Choice Customer Service and did get my return receipt back signed by Robert Johnson dated 11/15/01. I have heard nothing from them and I don't know what else to do.
