Ripoff deceptive company

I recieved a card and letter in the mail giving me an opportunity to repair my damaged credit. I called the 800 number listed and got talked into giving it a try. I was told that they offered a wide variety of products, etc. After giving them all my information and allowing them to acess my checking account for payment ($199.99) I waited for my "membership package". Upon arrival of my package, I noted that the only catalogs that they sent did not have any products I would want, not to mention that the &200.00 immediate credit they promised was only good for a limmited time and I have to make a purchase over $300.00 to get it. Hmmmmnn, kinda tricky. I called them to tell them I changed my mind and would like my $200.00 back. They told me it was Non-refundable. I don't remember that being said when I agreed to this or I would never have given it a try. I argued with the representative for a few minutes and then got annoyed so I threatened to call the BBB and hung up. Ironically they called me back less than 5 minutes later and a so called supervisor told me she was sorry but there are no refunds, but she would send me an additional catolouge with more products to chose from and for my inconvenience she would also send me an additional $50.00 credit toward my purchase. Well I got the catolouge, but as yet no credit voucher, although she did say it would take longer for the voucher since she had to order it. I still don't feel comfortable with this and really just want my money back. I went on the web to see if I could find some way to get hold of them via email, only to find that the only reference to CCA is the rip off page. Sheesh, now what do I do? Can you help me get back my money? I think these type businesses should be shut down. I never signed anything and I'm afraid of what they may be capable of. After all the know my checking acct.#, my social security # and everything. I feel so stupid for falling into this trap. I will definately think twice before ever getting into something like this again. CariSt Charles, Illinois
