I financed $1,553.60 for dental work I had done with -0- finance charges if paid off within one year. I paid off the account with a check for $800.00 and received my next statement. The payment was posted on time and my statement reads... Deferred Finance charge-WAIVED, Current Balance-$0.00, Due Date - PAID OFF.
This was my Dec. 4th statement. HAPPY NEW YEAR! I just received a new bill that I now owe them $96.80 for? I called them and they claim it's for late fees and finance charges on the late fees because I didn't pay some late charge. They are still going to keep charging me every month till I pay this.

GE Card Services PO Box 276 Dayton, Ohio 45401-0276. You must write them a letter with your dispute. Caution... You will still be charged late fees etc... Unless you pay them their minimum payment. CARE CREDIT/GE CAPITAL CON CC is their name in full... Did you notice the CON in the name?
