We have been banking at tcf for 17 months. We averaged 1500.00 deposited a week and we tracked all of our activity on computer. As of the last two weeks in november the bank started sending us overdraft notices totaling $500. We had 115.00 a 700.00 deposit which the bank agreed on. Then we deposited another 500.00 7 days later, leaving us with a balance of 340.00 after we pain some bills. We brought in our statements and check ledgers for 4 months and the branch manager Rosa found no mistakes, but we got a rude answer telling us don't worry we can give you a complimentary 99.00 fee waive but you'll have to pay the rest. WOW! What a way to make money. Just a roll of the mouse, hold a couple of deposits, push a bunch of checks through and POOF! Instant cash. I am willing to file a class action lawsuit against this bank and all because they are trying to steal my last 340.00. Contact me if you are intrested. Enough is enough!
