B Of A Should be a crime to charge a ripoff fee to cash a check drawn on thier bank

Bank of America charges $5.00 to cash thier own checks if you do not have an account with them. My payroll checks are drawn from a B of A account, and I'm sure my company pays a substantial fee for this business account, yet when employess go to cash thier hard earned checks, they get charged a fee because they don't have an account at BofA. The thought had occurred to me to open an account, but now they will never have my business, not even if
they were the last bank on the planet.
