A simple refinance has taken longer than if I purchased land and had a home built on it. These people lie about you paperwork, lie about dates of signing and closing, lie about extra amounts of money you are supposed to get, and lie about when you money will be in your account. Each person you talk to has no idea what the other is doing and what they post on the internet for you to keep track of your loan changes 20 times one day and then not again for three weeks. Then they tell you don't pay attention to the internet site... Then why is it there? Just to double talk you even more. This is the worst excuse for a bank that I have ever encountered and now I plan to pull all my dealings with them asap. 90 days for a refinance when they had my original mortgage? Rip off! At one point they told me they had a fraud alert on my SS number... How then did they get my first mortgage and that same day they raised my credit card limit!
