Shame on you Bank of America. We started our refinance process March 31 and we are just now closing today, July 15. We locked in on a rate back in March and the rates had lowered since it took them so long to finalize. It's just been one nightmare after another. I would NOT recommend Bank of America to ANYONE EVER! As soon as we sign our closing papers this afternoon, we are moving our monies to another bank. BOOOOOOO Bank of America!
