Mortgage Fraud - mortgage refinance

I keep hearing about so many people that let/lost their houses in foreclosure and they received assistance. I owned a home (with my mortgage through Bank of America) which I had to borrow money from my mom to put money down on. I was married and going through a divorce with a BOA mortgage employee at the time, and he put me into a 5 year interest free loan back in 2005. I was current on my payments for 5 years, but when it came to it was when no one knoew what the market was going to do so I needed to refinance. Bank of America refused to refinance my loan because muy mom was not an occupant. I humbly asked my EX-husband to help and we got through the process and paperwork, but in the end he said my mom had to forge her paystubs, bank accts, tax returns so it would reflect that she lived with me. We refused to commit an illegal act so I was forced to put my house on the market in 2010. We did end up selling the house for an $85,000 loss because we had no choice. I now have nothing to my name, and I did everything possible to save my credit and not let the house go into foreclosure. I received no assistance and I have nothing to my name. Is there an recourse that I can take up with Bank of America since they were extremely abusive to my good intentions? By the way, just for the record, my ex husband's name who works for BANK OF AMERICA is ROBERT CARAVELLA and he still lives in the house that we built for our blended family.
