Bank of America has a scam to prevent people from refinancing your mortgage. After repeated request for bank of America to refinance our mortgage we found another mortgage company to approve our refinance. Once they found out that we were approved they offered us to refinance us with out any out of pocket closing. We accepted their offer, but we found it to be a scam because, after two months and so much hurdles and after being told we are approved more than 5 times verbally -they told us we are declined.
