Calling a business looking for employees to collect a debt after they've been told No Personal Calls Accepted RIPOFF

IC Systems has been repeatedly making calls to a business that does not accept personal calls. It is disrupting the daily dealings of a small business and quite unprofessional and frustrating that they will not stop calling. I believe it has been turned over from Dell Financial Services because they were calling 8 to 10 times a day, every day, previous to IC Systems starting. 877-221-3940
