So I have been getting phone calls from two numbers 877-221-3940 and 651-204-1301. They call all day every day but they never let the phone do a full ring, so I don't even have time to answer the phone. They don't leave a message either. So finally I called the number to find out who has been bothering me. A guy answer the 651 number first and a guy named Eric answered I asked him what company he was calling from, he said why do you want to know did you get a call from us? I told him that I had but that the person did not stay on the line long enough for me to answer. He then asked for my number and name but I refused to give it to him because I didn't know who he was and what company he was calling from. I asked him what IC Systems was and he said that he could not tell me that without first knowing my personal information! So I hung up. About 10 minutes later the other number called and it was IC Systems again. From reading other people complaints I now know they are calling for Dell, but I refuse to talk to them because they are rude and frankly very shady! I refuse to confirm any of my personal information with these people.
