Well not sure where to find help from any more, to make a long story short, went through all the ugly steps of saving our house from Fairbanks, filed the bankruptcy, did the agreement with them twice, finally gave up, could no longer afford lawyer fee's that did nothing, was paying the trustee allmost 1800.00 $ a month to keep the house which I had lived in for 20 years.
Now that the foreclosure has went through and the sale took place in Feb, 05 our credit is so bad we can't even find a house to rent. The sale on the house brought over 18,000 more than what was owed and we haven't seen a penny, used all the resources available on lawyer fees act, no mony now to put down an another house.
Is there any one who know's the hell we have been through and either know's of a mortgage co that will loan or some other source that would be helpful?
We were in the class action suite and did absolutely no good, contacted the Federal Trade Comission, HUD, BBB no help either. Surely there must be help some where and we are just not looking in the right place. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
