4 Years ago they bought our mortgage and ever since then we have lived in hell. Since they took over our mortgage even in the first month they put us in forbarance for no payment, we sent the payment to the orginal mortgage company Fremont, we were never notified of the buyout of our mortgage. Harrassing phone calls everyday 5 and 6 times a day.
Finally had to call the State Attorney General's office. They then sent fairbanks a letter stating they could no longer call us.in the end that's what they used against us when they stole our home. We even hired another company to nogotate an agreement for us to save it, but that, s another story.in the end of it all our house was auctioned off on November 1st 2003 and we have no place to go. We have 4 daughters from 16 to 9 and can not rent any place because of fairbanks.
They paid the taxes on the house without notification. Applied insurance to the house. They did everything to us that I have seen more than a hundred stoies about. Something needs to be done about them. They stole our home and even though both my husband and I work and make decent money we are homeless with 4 children.
