My credit has been adversely affected by STUART ALLEN & ASSOCIATES of Tucson, AZ when they FRAUDULENTLY reported to credit bureaus that I owed their client money. There was never any judgment or valid claim to money owed.
They just said you owe us money, never offered up any proof, but this collection agency managed to get it on my credit as a negative mark, even though my attorney fought it all the way and demanded they show cause or some justification for the demand for money.
I have filed a FTC complaint against the collection agency thus far. I believe this is a violation of FDCRA, we'll see.
