I feel I was scammed by MediaCorp Worldwide and I want others to know about my experience with this company. Last January I received something in the mail from MediaCorp Worldwide telling me about their 'Joint Marketing' Program. I paid them $8,000.00 to create a one minute commercial for my product (I make a home utility device) — they said it would air about 45 times on cable TV in a large market.
As soon as I had sent them $8,000.00, they created a commercial within 30 days. After I got the VHS tape of the commercial in the mail, they ignored my phone calls and emails for a month. Finally, I got a fax saying they aired my commercial but it didn't get even a single sale and they were "stunned/shocked" by the poor result.
So, the end result: zero sales and I'm out $8,000.00.
