At the end of December I recvd a call from a telephone solicitor, soliciting MasterCards. I agreed to this and paid 199$ to receive a credit card. I was told that I would receive the card 7 business days after my checking account has been debited. 7 Days later, I call thecompany asking them where the hell my credit card is.
They tell me it is 10-15 business days after my account is debited. I wait another 10-15 days... Nothing. I call back, they tell me that I should receive an information package in a few days.
Then, after I receive the info package, THEN i should receive my credit card. I wait... And it is now March 6th. I have called numerous times. They have told me that the credit card is on its way. I was planning on using this credit card to celebrate my 1 year anniversary with my husband, and now I can't dp anything for our first year aniversary, because all of my money has gone to paying the phone bill, because First Capital Consumers doesnt have an 800#.
They told me that I should receive my card this week. I'm still waiting. Nothing. I have asked a supervisor call me back, and no one ever calls me back. This is a scam, and now I am out 199$ plus 342$ for my phone bill.
