First capital consumers group/usa first gardian group ripoff false promises Canada

This company called me twice under two diffrent names both promising me a credit card with a limit of $2500 still to this day I havent received my cards, I can never get though when dailing the number they gave me. I WAS LUCKY two days ago and was able to talk to a guy who was very irritated by me, asking him question about this card that I didnt receive. And also getting me a refund. First he told me that there were no one I could talk to as far as a supervisor, and Second, just wait until I receive my package to cancel this card. I explain to him I've waited long enough and I would very much like a refund. This man had the nerve to tell me that everything was already in processing, I've just have to let it run its course after going back and forth with him constantly telling him that I DONT want the card he tells me that its normal to wait as long as I have for this card. These people is the biggest ripoff company i;ve ever heard of please anybody thats listen stay away from companies like this one. Feliciacleveland, Ohio
