A fraudulent Credit Card scam Toronto Ontario

My name is Charles.in January I recieved a call from First Capital Consumer group. They said that I had been approved for a MasterCard with a $2000 limit, or a visa card with $2500. They said if you want the Mastercard, you have to pay a $199 fee, that will be debited from your account. I know others were offered several side items (computers, cell phones, etc.), But I was not. On Feb. 12, the funds ($199) were debited from my account. They said I should receive my card in about 10-14 buisness days. I received what they call a welcome pack, with adds for cell phones, other credit cards, and a large coupon book. This was on March 9th. I call the customer service number (416-488-4664) to find out what was going on, as I did not receive my card. They said they were sorry, and that they would remail the card in 7 buisness days. Over the next 3 months, I never recieved the card, and I got a different explanation each time I called. My messsages were never returned, and the reps had por phone manners. To this day I have not received anything, and I was really counting on this card. All I want now is my money back, no more, no less. I hate that many people have been taken by these con artists.
