I recieved a phone call from First Capital Consumers Group on April 17 at 6:30pm. I was told by a sales repersentative name Alvin Brown that I had qualified for the Silver Plan. This plan consisted of $2000 on Mastercard and $2500 on Visa Card.
I did a debit with my checking account for $199.00 to be debitted out of my account on April 26. Mr. Brown also stated that I would be refunded the $199.00 after the first 5 months with the plan.
On May 18 at 8:30am I called First Capital Consumers Group. I explained to them that the money was drafted on the 26th of April but I have not received my card. A young lady explained that I will be receiving a package in the mail and after I receive the package that I will receive the cards about 2-3 business days after.
Well, she was rude so after we hung up I called back. Another rep answered and explained the same thing, except she told me that if I didn't have my card by Tuesday, May 21 give them a call back.
Well, on May 21 I received the $199.00 back into my account. No call back from them or nothing. I went on the internet to search for their companys name again and this is what I came up with. This is why I am making my report.
I really hope they can be stopped, because I gave them all of my information from my bank. I really thought they was real because I was so eager to get a card. Please put a stip to them ASAP... Thank you...
