Stay away from this company, ameriquest mortgage is the worst. They tried to use scare tactics when we sold our house even after closing on our house when they knew they would be paid off, they tried to tell us they would foreclose on the loan. Then they tried to hit us with every late fee posssible. Sstay away from these blood suckers. Do not use these people. They lie on your mortgage papers to their benefit.
