I have a mortgage with Ameriquest. The person that I originally had as a loan advisor of course no longer works for the company.
I refinanced with Ameriquest this time getting an adjustable mortgage. My house of course was appraised for the amount needed to refinance. My ARM is now up and in Feb my mortgage payments will go up by $200. Oo so I attemepted to refinance again with Ameriquest who are now AMC mortgage and was told that my house was of less value than it was when I refinanced with them the last time. I have contacted other companies who say different.
When trying to refi with other companies it is coming up on my credit report that I was past 30 days on a payment which was the payment the loan advisor at Ameriquest had told me not to pay when I refinanced this off course is affecting my credit scores. I am now in a position where it looks like I will have to pay the $200.increase because my credit scores have been affected.
I feel that Ameriquest appraised my high to catch my up in their web so I would have no choice but to stay with them. Thank you.
