Fraudulent Credit Card Billing Ripoff Los Angeles

We experienced the same fraud as the one reported 6/30 on Rip-Off. We were billed $9.95 on 7/8/05 and have never heard of these people.

We have filed a complaint with the FTC and a fraud alert with Equifax (all three credit bureaus are supposed to be notified).

Our bank is processing a credit.
