GROUP PHOENIX ONE Fraudulent Credit Card charge

GroupPhoenixOne entered a fraudulent credit card charge of $9.95 to my account dated 8/15.

The transaction info gave no phone number, but others have reported a questionnable answering machine with the contact number they have. Running a WHOIS on groupphoenixone.com yields some possibly helpful information on a Mr. Darin Stanchfield, though I do not have factual information that the website is linked with the cc transaction. Promising, though.

I have already cancelled the card and plan to pursue GroupPhoenixOne as far as I can. My cc company seems patently uninterested.
