Promissed a credit card for a fee of $299.00 deducted from my account on Dec. 8. Used my voice recording to sell health insurance and when I disputed this, they played it back to me and I heard 2 instances where I said no to their offer. Still they would not admit their error or refund my money. When calling re: the redit card, they anwer the phone after 10 or more rings, claim to be someone else at a different number then I dialed. When I call back, they don't answer at all.
I was somehow unknowingly hooked up to a voicemail service no one ever mentioned. I found out by a monthly charge of $9.95 being withdrawn automatically from my bank (LaSalle). LaSalle was reluctant to do anything except offer me a new account number. I received a packet from them in March that included a signature form for the card and givern the above address to mail it. I sent the form out the nest day and in June the post office returned it with a stamp saying not deliverable, unable to forward. I called and was given a fax number to send the form and faxed it. I called today (July 13) and got the same runaround. To date I am out the $299 deposit, $20 for health insurance, $28.85 for three months of voicemail.
