Entered an application on line for companies providing Health and Medical Insurance. I received a call concerning applying for Health insurance, and they said the company was affliated with AIG Insurance Company.
I purchased "said" insurance on July 3rd, and received a Priority Mail Package with Prescription Handbook, Enrollment/Nomination Form, Discount Medical Plan Organization Member Agreement (Spelling Out That THis is NOT a Health Insurance Policy), Certificate of Guarantee.
What I thought I was purchasing was Insurance, what I actually was savings on healthcare if a doctor would agree to such discounts.
I cancelled membership to Consumer Health Benefits via fax on July 26, and received a call from a representative saying I will not be getting any of my monies returned, even though I said you represented yourself as an insurance company, which you are clearly not.
