Ripoff Called to cancel said they would email me a form they never did and continued to charge my bank account for a free credit report that I have not received

I went online for a free credit report and they wanted my bank information, I was very hesitant but did it anyway.

I then noticed they charged my bank account twice in a matter of two weeks for a report that was supposively free.

I called to cancel 4 different times and they kept telling me that they would send me a cancellation form, which I never received.

I finally found it myself on their website and faxed it over to them. I explained to them that I wanted this money credited back to my account and they continue to give me the run around. They tell me it will take up to 72 hours for the money to go back into my account and still more than 72 hours later it is still not back.

I had to call and cancel my whole account with my bank. This has been very stressful and I feel totally violated by the whole thing.
