On December 1st I went on the internet to get my free credit reports in California, which just became a law to be able to do so. Next thing I know, on my bank account I am being charged two $30.00 charges on 12/1 and two $30.00 charges on 12/2 all by a company called myperfectcredit. Actually on my bank account all I see is this in the transaction description:
12/02 SGADA.com800-370-5012 NICOSIA,

After calling this number (they play dumb), they give me the number for myperfectcredit.com. I then call this number, they send me a dispute form in my email, I fill this form out (as they asked) and this was the response:

Thank you for submitting to MyPerfectCredit Member Support.

Your question will be answered in the order received. We strive to rapidly respond to your needs and will make every attempt to do so. Please be patient with us and you will receive an answer shortly.

Our Member Support hours are generally 9:00 am to 5:30pm PST on all normal business working days.

No response came in one week, so I called again and asked what was the status of my claim. They then said they didn't know and asked me to fill out another form. I did this again by email. Again no response after a week!

I called again on 12/21 and said I was very upset, I want my reimbursement. I filled out the form again and this time faxed it.in the morning this was the response I received in my email inbox:

Thank you for contacting MyPerfectCredit concerning your account.

MyPerfectCredit has reviewed your account and found the recent amount charged to your credit card is less then the outstanding balance of the membership account. At this time, we have applied the charges to the outstanding balance and reduce the amount due to MyPerfectCredit. From this point forward, you will be billed under our Easy 30/35 Billing Plan.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are committed to the highest standard in providing you our services and support. We appreciate your understanding and appreciate your business!

I got this message 3 times for the 3 times that I sent the form in! I never wanted this service to begin with, I just wanted my free California credit report!
