Ripoff sent me to collection for services I did not recieve after I cancelled "free" trial!

I signed up for a free credit report from MyPerfectCredit, Inc.in March. I was to cancel within 5 days and owe nothing or continue and they would dispute negative items on my credit for me for a fee.

When I downloaded my report from them, there were multiple negative items that were not really being reported as negative by the creditors. I found this out by contacting the creditors and paying $9.95 for a report from Experian. I assume they falsified the report so that there would be more to dispute. I cancelled my membership with them by day 3.

When I received my next credit card statement, there was a charge for $30 on it. I contacted them by e-mail, and they responded that it was a mistake and that they would credit card for the $30 which they did. I assumed that was the end of it until last week when I began receiving rude, agressive collection calls from 1st Credit of America demanding $186. On behalf of MyPerfectCredit, Inc. I contacted MyPerfectCredit, and they said, that my account had been transferred for lack of payment and that they could not talk to me. They gave me an address to write to 1st Credit to dispute the charge. I sent them a letter with a copy of the reversed charge from MyPerfectCredit proving that they refunded my money so I must not owe them anything. I told them in the letter, that they had 2 weeks to send me a letter stating that the account had been closed and that at that time, I would be obtaining a copy of my credit report, and if there is anything negative on there from them, I will be filing suit against them. I also sent an e-mail to MyPerfectCredit informing them that I was going to report them to every available agency and website that I could find. As of yet, 1st Credit of America still has a week left to respond.
