I was looking to get a copy of my credit report and MYPERFECTCREDIT.com offers access to all three reports if you join their service
It claims to have a five day free trial period. To access the website you have to give a credit card number.
I got on the site and felt that no only was it not helpful (the reports showed information that had already been corrected), it automatically signed you up for a credit card that cost $30 for an annual fee.
I emailed them tha night that I wanted to cancel my "memebership" and I also tried to call the customer service line but it was busy all three times
A week later, my card was charged $30 for services. I called the customer service and got through BUT it is an outsources call center that can only email to Myperfectcredit.com. I also emailed and got a reply that they were sorry I had cancelled and they would review my account to determine any refund.
A week later they charged me again, then again the next week and the next until I had been charged $120. I got my bank involved and they obtained one refund of $30 but myperfectcredit.com produced a false invoice of services they claimed they had done for me.
My bank thinks that they can get the rest BUT stay away from this company
