OK, I was told I could view my credit report with these people by subscribing and then cancel within 5 days. It was a free, 5 day no risk trial. I sent in the proper cancelation paper, got an email about my cancelation and then they CHARGED my DEBIT BANK card $29.95 and put almost $88.00 worth of bounced fees on my account cuz it and 2 other things bounced.
This is what there Privacy report says:
Cancellations and refunds
A Member may cancel its membership at any time by sending written notification to MyPerfectCredit of the member's intention to cancel. All fees are non-refundable, unless the member cancels its membership within the five-day initial signup or renewal period, as described below. The Member agrees to pay any accumulated, unbilled charges or fees to its MyPerfectCredit account through the date of cancellation, at the time of cancellation, provided the member has not cancelled within the five - (5) period from initial signup or any renewal. This signifies that the member, the purchaser, may cancel this Agreement at any time prior to midnight of the fifth day after the date of its purchase or renewal of a membership, for any or no reason, without liability for any charges during that membership.
The only thing that stated anything about a #29.95 charge was for there stupid credit card which you have to put money on to activate and I never asked for that.
I have sent them an email telling them I want all my bank fees reinstated or put back by them.
