I moved and changed my address with household bank. I never got a bill, so i called again, and again, and again. Eventually they said they had gotten the address wrong, and charged me late fees, and over limit fees.
I talked to numerous reps, and finally one of them said due to their own error they would remove those charges from my account, and said for me to send in my min payment. I sent in more than a min payment, and still have these fees.
I then called again, and spoke with another rep, who guess what, couldn't help any. So i spoke with a supervisor who couldn't help much more than the rep. She said that the rep i spoke with did'nt know what she was talking about and they could not take these Bogus charges off my bill. It was my fault they couldn't get the address right. I still made payments witout a bill until i could get someone to get the address right.
The supervisor was not helpful and made me feel like it was my wrong doing even though i have called them more than enough to correct this problem. I should not have to suffer there errors, they should consider getting qualified reps to work for them, but hey thats how they get their money, by making rip offs.
