Ripoff Fraudulant invoicing No reason, Forclosure attempt Customer Service Refusal

As of 9/1/03, National City Mortgage sold my loan to Aurora with all terms, rates, agreements & contracts remaining the same with NO changes. My 1st bill from Aurora was for $662.26. My current payment contract with National City was for $639.49 (this included all interest, principal, escrow & homeowners ins.).

I sent in a payment of $638.49 with a letter & copies of my contracts & all amounts broken down from National City. The following month's bill & thereafter from Aurora was still for $662.26 - THIS DID NOT INCLUDE HOMEOWNERS INS. My previous bills were for $688.97 & my present bill from Aurora is for $672.06 that includes Fire Insurance ONLY.

I sent in many letters & copies of my contracts with request for an itemized breakdown of all monies going towards each item of the loan. I received nothing from Aurora except more bills & letters of different amounts & a monthly bill for $4586.92 that has been cleared via Chapter 13, along with inquiries that I am not covered for Homeowners & that have picked up fire ins. For my home with additional costs of $880.00/annually.

I called many times & the one person I actually got to speak with informed me that they have never received any letters of copies of National City's Contracts & that I must pay what they require of me. It is impossible that they did not receive any of my letters, let alone 1 of them, considering they were sent with my payments, each time, & the payments were received.

On 3/14/05, I received a copy of a Request for Dismissal of Chapter 13 Protection (my Bankruptcy Case), from Aurora Loan Services, in an attempt to foreclose my home. I have made my payments to Aurora, in full, each month, since the transfer. I have received absolutely no customer service nor Account information, as requested, from Aurora Loan Services. They attempt, each month, to collect my pardoned debt of Chapter 13. They have not cooperated with me in any way, shape or form & are now trying to foreclose my Home.

I will appreciate any help & advise you could provide me with.
