Aurora Loan Services denied my loan modification request for no apparent reason, other than I have good credit. I have a Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and my payments are astronomical, not to mention the high interest rate.
They purchased my loan from another lender.
I am now a month behind in payments due to changes of circumstances with employment.
They are a rip off and not willing to help anyone out. I don't want to lose my home. I cannot afford to hire an attorney.
I need help and am willing to join any class action lawsuit against them.
