Due to the fraudulent nature of this business, (They called the manufacturer and claimed to be my husband) to get free parts and then wouldn't cover the cost to put the part in, I cancelled the policy. Also because it took them entire month to respond to the tech they sent out and I paid not to mention the customer service is rude and you are not able to speak to anyone above them. I cancelled on the 23rd of Oct. It is now Nov. 12th I am getting a refund because i paid in full and was told it would take 5-7 days. I still don't a refund. Don't buy into this company, find a better warranty company as this one will do whatever it takes not to pay your claim.
