I decided to get Home Warranty coverage with Colonial Home Warranty after I read all the great reviews. I bought a ten year old townhouse with all the original appliances. After 4 month living in the home we discovered the A/C wasn%u2019t cooling very well. I called Colonial and they were very professional and helpful. I was given an authorization number to a local A/C repair company. The repairman came over within a couple of hours and replaced the coil that was causing the problem. I really appreciate being treated as a valued customer. I recommended Colonial to my realtor so she can refer them to her other clients as well referred my family and friends! Thank You
