I signed up a plan last month and my A/C went out last week, the contractor assigned by colonial home warranty told me i need a new evaporator coil, i am not even sure what that is but it sounded expensive. Colonial arranged for this part to be picked up at a local parts supplier, the tech picked it up and replaced it. The entire process took a few days but colonial communicated with me throughout the process which was very helpful.
