Viriginia Surety Warranty and UTS are totally unhelpful and unacceptable. All I want are answers and some help. I am getting absolutely no help from anyone. No consideration. I am finding out that Sears Products are not as reliable as they once were. My sister even bought a washer and dryer from them—it did not last long. Yes, there was a warranty—not honored. I am not rich, on disability and my husband is not working. No I cannot pay $300 a year for a warranty which hurts my knees because the resistance is so very tight.
