Bought an Octane Fitness Elliptical for $1800 and the brake cable broke after a short period of time. Octane Fitness has refused to fix the elliptical, although under warranty, saying they do not have part. Others who have the same model and same problem and they are having the same issue. This company has advertised their equipment as "commercial use" product but it is cheap and they do not back up their warranty nor assist consumers who have problems with their product. I'm stuck with an $1800 dust collector.
