Chase bank really doesn't care about its customers and does what it feels like doing without informing its customer about his or her account. While I was away from the country, my bank account was not only closed without my knowledge, but also withheld my money for 5 months with absolutely no explanation or correspondence from the bank. They made me run from pillar to post to get answers. No apologies, no explanations for what was taking them so long. They were vague, uncaring and disrespectful to the whole matter. They kept me in limbo for 5 months. And when they finally did release my money, again, no contact was initiated. They just mailed out my check. Absolutely no word from them. What a disservice to its customers. I'm never going to bank with them ever again.
