Phone banking and customer service hotline system are terrible - hsbc advance account and multi currency account

I can not reach the investment advisor by the mobile print on his name card on Sat morning.
I call Phone Banking more worse it keep me listen to different service which none of it got human
touch or human to provide service.
I am regard to transfer the money to HSBC and I will drawn it out to OCBC as their service is much
better.
