This CHASE BANK is a fraud. I had a WAMU credit card account. This fraudulent Bank bought WAMU and changed all the excellent customer services provided by WAMU.
This Chase people unilaterally increased my interest payment on my WAMU card without cause. Recently, they canceled my credit card. I made my monthly payment on time. I called the customer service, these idiots were rude.
I dont know how long they'll survive as a Bank with this business style.
CHASE BANK is stealing innocent WAMU customers money and they think it's business-savvy? Congratulations. I assure you, almost all former WAMU customers will leave Chase Bank. I HATE CHASE BANK, I was sad knowing that Chase Bank bought WAMU.
I live in NY, Chase Bank is based in NYC - I dont like their fraudulent business tactics - never wanted to do business with them.
I will move my business to the BANK OF AMERICA here in NYC.
