I have been a customer at US Bank for some time now. I have just had the worst possible experience of my life at an office in Dana Point, with a customer rep named Janelle. She so embarrassed me in front of another customer I was mortified... I was trying to resolve an issue making a deposit to cover a check I believed had not yet gone thru... But it just had, my online banking statement did not show a pending negative... She in a very loud voice for everyone to hear stated that before you write the check, you should know you must have the funds in it... Of course right... It got worse I said I wanted to close my account. I decided then an there after asking her to reverse the overdraft fee to ask for my money back that I had just deposited... The girl gave me my money, I did'nt even count it, and as I am walking away... She says I think I gave you too much... Of course I was upset, and said thats not my problem... To which Janelle shouted in if you walk out of this bank that is stealing... I was blown away, as it turned out she had given me too much, but the teller knew that I had not even counted what she had given me, she just handed it to me and I put it in my wallet... I am so upset with this complete disrespect shown by this ugly person... US Bank are these the kind of employees you want working for you??? I am sitting here in tears, I am so upset at the treatment...
