MISS MERK THE TELLER (BANK MANAGER)
I have had an account with bank of America for about a year or less and have deposit my check in the bank with no problem, but on 7/6 I had a problem putting my check in the bank because my account HAS THE NAME TARSHA SMITH AND MY CHECK IS TARSHA RAY, according to the teller the computer had both names but the account was setup as smith only and she could not take the check.
The ATM/DEBIT CARD WAS IN TARSHA RAY SMITH, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SAID THE PERSON WHO ISSUED MY CARD COULD PUT ANY NAME ON IT
I asked her to check the computer to see the name on the checks I had put in the bank before, she made no effort to assist me, and with a smile on her face she continued to not help me. I was very upset so I told her I wanted to close my account she never tried to resolve the matter or offer me an alternative. She was very happy to help me close my account.
Miss Merck never asked me not to close my account; the customer service rep. Never asked me not to close my account.
I have called customer service with my real name (SBR)
