I sure wish I had heard of and used Usa Consumer Complaints.com before I became involved with this company. Like most stories on here I fell for a line the salesman (Sean Kelley) told me about what great rates and service his company could give me. He gaurenteed the service and said I could cancel within 30 days. This is a copy and paste I sent him.

This letter is to inform you that we feel service has been misrepresented and is therefore unsatisfactory. The equipment was represented as complete and ready to use
within a few days. It was represented that the check scanning equipment was part of the system, not a separate piece of equipment or a separate company processing it. We have yet to receive this equipment.
Our rates were to be at 1.4%, there was to be no batch deposit fees and we were not to be charged leasing fees for the first month. We have now been charged leasing
fees for 2 months on equipment that is not able to be used. We were charged 1.6%, an item rate of 0.10 for 2 items, a batch deposit fee of 0.25, and a watts fee of 0.20 for 6 items. Although it states only 2 items were processed.
We expect reimbursement to our account for these fees immediately. We look forward to you picking up your equipment at both locations within a reasonable time
frame.
He picked up the equipment and Northern Leasing kept billing me. To avoid a black mark on my credit I had to buy the lease out (for 2 locations) at about $8500.00. I pursued Shawn Kelley through court won a judgement but still haven't been paid.
I spoke with Gerald Arcelin as well. It appears that Northern sends these fly-by-nite guys out and racks up the honest businessman.
