I agreed to have NCO take money out of my account to settle a debt but after talking to my credit couselor, she told me it would be better to pay the full amount. I called the agent Robert back at NCO and told him that I did not want to take the money out of my account because I was going to pay the debt in full. He stated that was o.K. But he would still call me that next week to see if I changed my mind. I did not here from him anymore. I checked my account today and the company took the money out anyways and that made several checks bounce.
Who is going to pay the check fees. I called and they stated that I called last week and left a message telling them to take the money out on December 30th because that is when my husband would get paid. I did not call them last week and my husband did not get paid on the 30th. As a matter of fact I have not talked to them since the 3rd week of December.
Don't do business with them!
