I was promised lower credit card rates for my company if I would use Merchant Processing Inc to process my credit card sales. This promise by Mick Wells-Account Executive (in writing) included an overall savings of $213.48 annually including the monthly lease payment of the new equipment which I was required to purchase before receiving these lower rates.
My very first month indicated a 2% higher rate charge and when I complained that I had been lied to, I was told by Merchant Processing Inc and Northern Leasing Systems that there was nothing they could do - I was locked into this equipment lease for 4 years and it was uncancellable!
Both of these companies "MERCHANT PROCESSING INC. From Bellevue Washington and NORTHERN LEASING SYSTEMS INC are fraudulently working together to rip-off small business
