I put a Matress set on layaway from our Greenville Michigan store on June 2. Put 300.00 cash down on it and paid it off on June 4. They told me the delivery date would be June 13 which it was stated on my receipt. Called the store on the 13th asked if they knew what time my Matresses would be delivered and they told me since i paid it off on June 4th it didnt make shippment (my aera they only deliver on thursday) and that they would be delivered on the 20th. Never got a call the night before and they never delivered my Mattress set! I called the store on the 21st the sales associate looked it up and it showed it had been delivered, ok so at this point im starting to get upset! Told her the delivery didnt show and and i have NO Mattresses! She told me she was gonna make a few calls and get back with me, she called me back and she told me that i missed the delivery call which was not true i have caller ID and no calls were made. She told me that they will be delivery my Mattress on June 27th. So on the 26th a waited alittle while for the delivery call and decided to call the store to see if they could tell me if they knew when my Mattresses would be delivered and they couldnt but they did give me the 1-800 number so i called that and they told me that my Mattresses are still showing that they are on layaway plan i told them that they were paid off on June 4th., she told me i need to call the store to let them know they need to change the status of the Mattresses as paid in full. Called them and they said its suppose to show up right away once paid in full. He was gonna make a few calls and get back to me. Well that never happen so i called 1-800 number this morning to see if they could give me a delivery time for my Mattresses today and the status was still not changed!!! Called the store and told manager that there is still no change in the status for the mattresses. He finally called someone but there was nothing they could do about delivery today but they will be delivered on July 113! Really!!! I took the day off of work cause i was promised they would be here today! And now i have to wait til the 11th of july for my mattress and they were paid off on june 4th??? NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I have bought many products from sears even have a charge card from them. Well you guys just lost another customer.
