I purchased a day/trundle bed with mattresses and king size mattresses (sterns and foster). Sleepys delivered the day bed, the delivery people put the day bed together incorrectly causing damage to the twin mattress. They refused to take back the mattress or set up the day bed correctly, instructing me to call the customer service number to have it resolved. Called the customer service line and assured the mattress would be replaced and bed set up correctly. Was told they could not give me a specific time to deliver but the date was confirmed. Took the day off from work, called to confirm the delivery, and was told deliver was not scheduled. Asked for a supervisor but was told there was nothing a supervisor could do for me. Now am waiting for another day to be scheduled, which of course will not be at my convenience and will likely need to take another day off.
Horrible service. Would like to send it all back and try another mattress store.
